This filament mounting machine are 24head intermittent rotary locomotion. Nearly all processes, inluding stem loading, electrode pressing, hook making, fliament clamping, emitter materials coating, are finished after going through the 24head. Two workers are needed, one for distributing filament, another for picking up finished product and checking.
